Transfers!
Transfers happen again this week! This transfer I am with elder Sibley. This guy's been out for 22 months, so these are his last 6 weeks so it's going to be a great time!
We've really been cracking down on some different things to help this area grow already! It's super easy for this area to find lots of people to teach, but most of the time return appointments don't go through. So we're cracking down on the quality of our contacts with people so that we can see them again!
And with the season changing it's starting to get dark so much earlier, so we're joining with the car Elders to go visit some members in the ward once it's dark! So far we've met with a couple of them and had some really great visits and spiritual thoughts with them! We're super excited to get the members more united in the work!
Down side of the week was it has been raining non-stop since other sibling got here. Which is fine until you get inside somewhere. Then it gets super cold and you're wet and it's just miserable haha
This week flew by, but what's really stood out to me is how fast the work is hastening. Especially with other Cooks talk and this last conference where he shared how many members have joined the churches in the last 3 years, it's so easy to see how much it is hastening. But being a missionary during that time is Super exciting because we literally get to see it every day in our area as we are diligent and obedient. It's so amazing to me how we were reserved to come to Earth at this time to help others receive these blessings! Super grateful to be here and to continue to serve and see the Lord bring about his work everyday!
Sorry I didnt have a whole lot for this week!
