Homeless

This week was the most surprising week of my mission!

We started it off strong in Savannah. We had some amazing lessons to go to which were all amazing. We met tons of people who just wanted to learn about the gospel. It was super productive and just really exciting to be proselyting. Then we got a call that night that we were getting white washed.

So we woke up Wednesday and had the coolest day ive ever had in Savannah. We contacted even more amazing people and had some of the most spirit filled lessons with Mrs Laura and a super awesome opportunity to give someone in a part member family a blessing.

Mrs Laura was absolutely heartbroken they we were leaving, but I know she'll keep learning and growing. The part member family all came to church and loved it. They're working to be baptized this next month which is so exciting! Absolutely heartbroken to miss seeing it happen, but me and my new companion have lots to do!

We're opening an area in Shallote NC which means the area book is completely empty. We got in the car at transfers and said now what

We have no apartment here yet, so it takes 45 minutes to drive into our area everyday.
But its okay because miracles are happening so fast. We're already working with another part member family and will hopefully be baptizing thie boy names seipher this week!

Opening is the best because there's no record anywhere, so we just get to knock everywhere all the time. Plus the ward is incredible so there's no complaints here at all.

Its been so amazing to see the work progressing everywhere and seeing everyone realize that their deepest needs and desires are fulfilled through the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I am so happy to be apart of this wonderful work and being able to see the "magic" happen!

Hopefully we'll have an apartment this week!
Have a great one!
Also shootout Elder Martz for training already and making me a grandpa!
