Holiday Season!
Merry Christmas!
sorry I didnt write last week!
But it' okay because its happening now
The holidays have been so much fun!
The Shallote quad bought gifts for each other. I got a pair of socks and wrapped it as a pitcher which turned out so much better than the picture makes it haha.

Some other sweet holiday activities were our Christmas Zone conference. It was all day in Charleston. We had the best Training ive ever been to by President Lindsley. Then I dominated in cup stacking before we watched a movie and opened presents. It was super awesome.

Christmas on the mission was so much fun. We hung out at our Senior Missionaries appartment and played games. It was a blast. Then we had an amazing dinner so cant complain at all!
We've been meeting Some really cool people, and the lesons we are having are just amazing!
One cool friend we have met is Christian. He's a middle aged guy who is super interested in the Book of Mormon. We've been talking with him, and this last time he asked us if he could come see the inside of the church before he comes! He's pretty awesome and I'm super excited to see the gospel continue to change him.
Another cool friend we have met is our friend Kimberlee. She has gone to the local mega church for awhile, but decided she doesnt like how loud it is and wants to focus more on her spiritual growth with Jesus Christ.
This Christmas season it's been very obvious to me how many people that we talk to, that dont have a true relationship with Christ. They all say that they know him, when all they mean to say is I know of him. They read their Bible every now and then and go to church when they feel like it, but outside of that, they really don't care to grow closer to him. With all these people who don't try to get closer to christ, its made me so happy for the relationship that I have with my Savior. something more than reading Luke 2 once a year. Something more than going to church the random sunday morning because I'm up and have nothing else to do. The Gospel of Jesus Christ that we have gives us the cycle of steps we need to take to have a true relationship with our Savior. I know the most important thing we can do right now is to develop a deeper relationship with our Savior. I hope yall do things everyday to deepen that relationship! I know it will be the most valuable use of your time.
Hope yall have a great week and a Happy New You!
Hopefully catch yall next week!
